Craig did several applications yesterday. Bright young man, always knowledgeable and ready to answer any questions I have. Always lets me know when he gets here and asks if I have any concerns or suggestions. Then he lets me know when he is finished and answers any other questions I have. He also takes the time to share with me his assessment of what I may to have done. This is my first year with Lawn Doctor and while things got off to a rough start Craig took my yard from total neglected weed patch to what is beginning to look like a real lawn. Jon was very polite and friendly. I had a few questions for him and he answered all of them. We sat on the porch snd watched him working and he did a very good job covering the entire yard. He explained what products he was putting on and how long to wait before we cut the lawn after he was finished. Blew off the driveway to remove any excess product on it. He was very careful around my plants and trees. We are very satisfied with his work and look forward seeing him next time. You have a great employee working for you. I had previously used Lawn Doctor for 25 years. Recently I switched to a cheaper company. For 2 years I endured more weeds than before. Poor customer service and technicians lying about when they came. I made a big mistake when giving up LAWN Doctor. I learned the hard way. Lawn Doctor shows up on time. Their products work perfectly on my lawn. The technicians are professional and polite. You get what you pay for. Lawn Doctor deserves 5 Star ratings. ~ Tom S

We have been using Lawn Doctor for many years and have been very pleased with their service. Recently, we had left specific instructions with the office that a section of our yard did not need treated due to recent grass planting. The office rep had made a note in our records. When the tech, Josh, arrived to do the current yard treatment, he followed the treatment request accordingly. ~ Sandra N

Craig was really nice. He went above and beyond his job responsibilities. 5 stars to his service. He explained things very well and picked up a few things in my yard for me. He also serviced my neighbor’s yard down the street due to an incorrect address on the order sheet. He was very pleasant. I think he deserves a double tip for handling 2 yards! Good employee! Been having my yard treated by Lawn dr for over 20yrs, at different locations. Been with lawn dr of Altoona for about 5 yrs. Jay had been my tech for all those years, also been the best tech I've had over the 20yrs. Does a great job, had my yard looking so good, my neighbors are afraid to step on my lawn! I am new to Lawn Doctor. I was formally a disgruntled TruGreen customer who switched due to not being satisfied. My initial impression is both Jay and Craig did a great job. I was not home but I peeked in on them using my home surveillance cameras and their attention to detail and even professional appears remarkable. Goodbye TruGreen why the Lawn Doctor has taken over. I've been using them for about 6 years now and I have had no problem at all. They did damage my lawn last year with their machine over fertilizing.When I called them they came directly to my home, looked it over admitted fault and within a week they came back and reseeded my lawn . 2 weeks later my yard was looking great again. Tech Jon applied the Fall treatment consisting of weed control and inspected for insect activity. He also applied the winterizer treatment. Paperwork with lawn care instructions and recommendations were left at my door since I was not home at the time. I am looking forward to seeing the results of this treatment in the Spring. ~ Lisa K

Conner and Jason applied power seeding at my property. They were very thorough in explaining what the process would accomplish and what I would need to do to ensure the success of the seeding. They also shared options for other treatments that could benefit my lawn. They get an A+ in my review for their knowledge and professionallism. ~ Jack R

The price is exceptional, if you ever have a issue, they are right there for you. If a technician doesn't arrive when he is suppose to, just call and they will call him and give you an update on any issues surrounding your appt. I've been with them for years and plan on staying with them as long as I can. ~ Fred K

Very professional and obviously know what they're doing. Didn't try to push anything on me. The technician who came to explain everything to me was very friendly and thorough and the receptionist who answered the phone when I called was very kind and friendly also. Glen did an excellent job with our Liquid Aeration treatment Our lawn is extrenely difficult due to the hill and obstacles such as the hardscape and fencing. Glen took his time to ensure all areas of our lawn were covered adequately. Great Job! ~ Fran &

I have been a customer for about 10 years. When I first started with them my lawn was ok. Last year was a little crazy. Come fall my grass was great. No problems. When I do have a problem they check it out right and fix the problems. ~ Gerald R
